"Above Rubies" is a trading name of 8:18 Properties (founded in 2023). We are a family run business who pride ourselves on providing exceptional accommodation to both corporate and leisure guests on a short and mid term rental basis across the Uinted Kingdom. The name "Above Rubies" stems from our desire to truly value and appreciate our guests and go above and beyond to meet their accommodation needs. We believe that our guests are the foundation of our business and that their worth is far "Above Rubies"! We understand that our business is based on relationships with people, and we nurture these relationships with our guests, partners, and also our staff, just as we would with family.

8:18 Properties continues to go from strength to strength and our passion for property started with our sister staging company; Stage It. We stage Serviced Accommodation, HMO's and Student Properties, as well as providing interior styling services to our clients. As our business has grown, so has our passion for all things property and "Above Rubies" was founded. As part of our wider property journey 8:18 Properties also source, purchase and renovate properties for our own portfolio and also with the purpose of increasing the wealth of our investors through lucrative property investment deals.
