Modern, Stylish, Comfortable 3 Bedroom House
This stylish, comfortable home from home has recently been re-furbished to a high standard making it the perfect choice for your stay. Situated on a quiet gated cul-de-sac; Bowling View is a peaceful choice for you to explore Skipton and the surrounding areas and is just a short walk from the canal where you can take the scenic route into the town centre and all the amenities it has to offer with its fanstastic boutique shops, cafes and restaurants in around 15 minutes.
The house boasts a large, light living room with a large bay window, original wooden floor boards and an electric fire place for cosy nights. There are two 3 seater sofas providing enough seating for everyone while watching the 50inch smart TV, which comes with Netflix and Sky included. The kitchen is fully equipped with Electric Oven, Gas Hob, Microwave, Washing Machine, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Pots, Pans, Utensils and everything else you need for your cooking requirements. We provide a selection of tea, coffee, sugar, nespresso coffee pods, cooking oil and herbs and spices for your convenience. We also have an Alexa speaker available for you to use.
Upstairs there is a beautiful king size bedroom, a separate twin bedroom and a third single bedroom. All beds come with good quality mattresses ensuring you have a comfortable night’s sleep. The bedrooms also have stylish and contemporary furniture where you can store/hang your clothes. A travel cot can also be provided upon request. The bathroom has a contemporary walk-in shower and vanity unit. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner are also provided for you.
There is a drive at the back of the house with parking for one small/medium car and free on street parking is also available nearby. The house has a lovely garden/patio to the front to sit out and enjoy the sun, which overlooks the Bowling Green, hence the name Bowling View, as this can be seen from the front aspect of the house. The garden/patio area is at the front of the house; it’s a great space to enjoy your morning coffee or to make the most of the summer evenings. Being able to eat and drink al fresco makes this home even more desirable.

Quiet And Peaceful Neighborhood
Bowling View is located in a peaceful, residential part of Skipton. Situated less than half a mile from Skipton Train Station, and close to the Leeds & Liverpool canal, you can take a scenic stroll straight into Skipton town centre, which is just 0.7 miles away. Skipton is full of boutique shops, cool coffee houses and cafes, traditional pubs, micro breweries restaurants and wine bars! There are also restaurants galore and food to suit every palate and budget.
There is a driveway at the back of the house, which is suitable for one small/medium sized car and free on street parking can also be found on Bowling View, which runs adjacent to Bowing Terrace. To maximise the use of your time here, despite the fact we have on-site parking, there is also a bus stop just a few minutes walk away and Skipton train station is less than 10 minutes away. This ensures you have flexible travel arrangements to get anywhere near or far however you prefer.
Skipton, billed as the "Gateway to the Dales" for its location on the southern border of the national park. In addition to its award-winning High Street, Skipton has a thriving market that runs every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, a fantastically well-preserved medieval castle, and plenty of places to eat and drink. Skipton is the perfect base for a walking or cycling holiday in the Yorkshire Dales. Bicycle hire is readily available through several local bike shops for visitors who want to enjoy Yorkshire's favourite pastime. You can climb aboard the heritage Settle to Carlisle Railway or take a mainline service to Leeds or Morecambe for day trips. Harrogate, Keighley, Haworth and Bronte country, Grassington, Ilkey, Otley, Coach Street and Malham are all great destinations in any season. Local footpaths include routes going through Skipton Woods, over Barden Moor, to Sharp Haw and Flasby, Barden to Simon's Seat, Bolton Abbey, and around Rylstone and Cracoe. Mountain bikers can challenge themselves on Threshfield Moor by taking the loop to the Weets from Bolton Abbey, exploring Embsay Crag, or following the canal path beside the cottage and through the woods Silsden and Ilkleymoor. The Dales Way and Yorkshire Three Peaks routes are also close. With the Yorkshire Dales National Park practically on the doorstep, as well as the Nidderdale, and Forest of Bowland - Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty within a few miles, you won't run out of things to keep you occupied during your stay!
